ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΗΣΙΑ ΤΑΚΤΙΚΗ ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ ΕΤΟΥΣ 2022 Featured

Σας προσκαλούμε στην Ετήσια Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση της Περιφερειακής Ένωσης Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας του Πανελληνίου Συνδέσμου Τυφλών που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 27 Μαρτίου 2022, ημέρα Κυριακή και ώρα 10:00π.μ. στο Café Lazy Lizard, Καλλιδοπούλου 5 με Σουλιώτη γωνία (είσοδος από Σουλιώτη). Επισημαίνουμε ωστόσο ότι λόγω των υγειονομικών συνθηκών και προς αποφυγή ταλαιπωρίας των μελών καθώς υπάρχει μεγάλη πιθανότητα μη απαρτίας την Κυριακή 27 Μαρτίου, η Γενική Συνέλευση θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Κυριακή 3 Απριλίου 2022 την ίδια ώρα και στον ίδιο χώρο με οσαδήποτε μέλη και αν παραβρεθούν, με θέματα Ημερήσιας Διάταξης:
- Εκλογή Προέδρου Γενικής Συνέλευσης
- Εκλογή Εφορευτικής Επιτροπής
- Λογοδοσία Διοικούσας Επιτροπής με Έκθεση Πεπραγμένων, Απολογισμός και Ισολογισμός ταμείου έτους 2021
- Έκθεση Ελέγχου Εξελεγκτικής Επιτροπής για το έτος 2021
- Υποβολή και έγκριση ετήσιου Προϋπολογισμού για το έτος 2022
Σύμφωνα με τα ισχύοντα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα στον χώρο της Γενικής Συνέλευσης θα μπορούν να παραβρίσκονται μόνο όσοι διαθέτουν πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού σε ισχύ ή πιστοποιητικό νόσησης σε ισχύ. Παραταύτα, καθώς τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα ενδέχεται να μεταβληθούν μέχρι την ημερομηνία διεξαγωγής της Γενικής Συνέλευσης, παρακαλείστε να ενημερώνεστε τακτικά από τον αυτόματο τηλεφωνητή του σωματείου.
Σας πληροφορούμε επίσης ότι σύμφωνα με το καταστατικό για να εξασφαλίσετε τη συμμετοχή σας στη Γενική Συνέλευση θα πρέπει να είστε εφοδιασμένοι με την Αστυνομική Ταυτότητα και την απαραίτητη ετήσια συνδρομή, ανερχόμενη στο ποσό των 5 (πέντε) ευρώ, στην περίπτωση που δεν είστε ταμειακώς τακτοποιημένοι.
