Όλγας 32, αυστηρά κατόπιν τηλεφωνικού ραντεβού στο 2310-830095 εσωτερικό 122. Απαραίτητη για την παραλαβή της πιστοποίησης είναι η επίδειξη αστυνομικής ταυτότητας.
