Ανακοίνωση της Εθνικής Ομοσπονδίας Τυφλών και του Πανελληνίου Συνδέσμου Τυφλών
σχετικά με τα αναδρομικά υπέρ ΕΟΠΠΥ
Παρακαλούνται οι συνάδελφοι ασφαλισμένοι e-ΕΦΚΑ, που προέρχονται από
οποιοδήποτε προγενέστερο ασφαλιστικό Ταμείο εφόσον δεν έχουν λάβει τον Ιούλιο του
2022 τα αναδρομικά υπέρ ΕΟΠΥΥ να το δηλώσουν στις Κοινωνικές Υπηρεσίες των φορέων
μας απαραιτήτως μαζί με τον αριθμό μητρώου ασφαλισμένου προκειμένου να δοθεί στον
e-ΕΦΚΑ για την καταβολή των προαναφερθέντων αναδρομικών έως τις 23/06/2023.
Διευκρινίζουμε ότι σύμφωνα με το αρ. 44 του ν. 4670/2020: «Για τους δικαιούχους
σύνταξης που συγχρόνως λαμβάνουν εξωιδρυματικό επίδομα, ή απολύτου αναπηρίας ή
τυφλότητας δεν υπολογίζεται εισφορά υπέρ υγειονομικής περίθαλψης επί των ανωτέρω
επιδομάτων». Η συγκεκριμένη διάταξη άρχισε να εφαρμόζεται από τον e-ΕΦΚΑ τον
Οκτώβριο του 2021 και τα αχρεωστήτως καταβληθέντα από τις συντάξεις των τυφλών
συνταξιούχων στους περισσότερους κατεβλήθησαν αναδρομικά τον Ιούλιο του 2022.
Ωστόσο, μερίδα των τυφλών συνταξιούχων προερχομένων κυρίως από ΟΑΠ-ΔΕΗ, ΙΚΑ και
ΟΓΑ δεν έχουν λάβει ποτέ τα ως άνω αναδρομικά πάρα τις επανειλημμένες οχλήσεις των
ενδιαφερομένων και των φορέων μας.
